We currently ship orders pan-India via trusted logistics partners. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-demand periods or new launches, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro areas: 5–8 business days
- Remote or rural locations may take longer depending on courier availability.
Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹49–₹99 (depending on location) may apply.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link. You can track your shipment status anytime using this link.
6. Undeliverable Packages
In case a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to confirm re-shipment, which may incur additional charges.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
Velvoro is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, public holidays, or force majeure events. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
