At Velvoro, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@velvoro.in with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will verify the request and share return instructions.
  3. Return the item via a trusted courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the item was defective or wrong).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. You can return the original item and place a new order separately.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
